Salary Range: $108,000 - $156,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the entire value stream from raw material to customer delivery.
• Identify and eliminate waste and bottlenecks within the manufacturing process.
• Implement and manage Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for value stream efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to achieve strategic goals.
• Drive problem-solving and root cause analysis for production issues impacting the value stream.
• Manage resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure optimal flow and output.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement within the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Kanban).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational data and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
• - Proven track record of implementing advanced digital manufacturing tools (e.g., IIoT, AI, machine learning)
• - Familiarity with supply chain optimization techniques and software
• - Experience in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management beyond direct reports
• - Knowledge of advanced simulation and modeling software for process analysis
