Validation Engineer / Specialist
Are you hungry to learn, grow, and own your career in pharmaceutical validation? We’re looking for a Validation Engineer / Specialist who wants hands-on experience and a clear path to leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Support IQ, OQ, PQ protocols for lab systems, equipment, and utilities
- Partner with lab teams, engineers, and managers to understand systems
- Assist with project scheduling, resource planning, and field coordination
- Learn on the job, then grow into leading validation activities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- 2+ years in validation, CQV, commissioning, or regulated environments
- Knowledge of GMP, GxP, FDA compliance
- Willingness to travel regionally
Bonus: Exposure to IQ/OQ/PQ execution, lab systems, or AI tools for validation/documentation
