We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team and help us take our experience to the next level. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, designing and shaping unique, user-centric products and experiences. This is a permanent position that offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where creativity and innovation are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Designing and delivering beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces across our product line.
2. Collaborating with our product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
3. Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback to enhance and tweak user experience.
4. Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
5. Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
6. Using Figma, Adobe suite, and other modern design tools to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
7. Leveraging your understanding of auto-layout, components, variables, and FigJam to streamline design processes and create efficient workflows.
8. Keeping up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the UX/UI Designer position will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years experience as a UX/UI Designer, ideally within a freelance or startup environment.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Suite, Figma, and other visual design tools.
4. Experience with auto-layout, components, variables, and FigJam.
5. Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of user-system interaction.
6. An ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
7. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
8. Proven experience designing for a consumer-focused tech product or service.
9. A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred.
