UX Designer III

Location: Bellevue, Washington (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract


Role Overview

We are seeking a User Experience Designer for a team that defines and builds products used by businesses to deliver packages globally. This role involves partnering with product teams to understand user behaviors and needs, creating high-quality experiences for various delivery platforms. The position focuses on helping transporters safely and effectively deliver packages by providing clarity on navigation, tasks, and optimal routes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive big-picture vision and fast-paced execution to deliver near-term results while exploring future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cartographers, engineers, and product managers on projects that connect digital interfaces with physical processes.
  • Work hands-on in a design and prototyping studio to understand customer needs and create effective experiences.
  • Design experiences for platforms such as mobile delivery apps, in-vehicle digital tools, and delivery station tools.
  • Support systems related to addresses, geolocation, routing, and deliveries.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years of design experience.


Preferred Qualifications

  • An online portfolio or work samples demonstrating experience in creating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Experience presenting designs and collaborating with all levels of an organization.
  • Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience completing complex tasks with little to no guidance and reacting with appropriate urgency.
  • Experience identifying a customer need, building a product to meet that need, and launching it.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team and directly with developers for design implementation.
  • Practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and web-based information architecture.
  • Experience in visual design demonstrated through concepts, case studies, mockups, and style guides.
  • Experience with driving or wayfinding applications, logistics, or service design.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
