Job Summary
This is a work study position for a current student to assist with various duties throughout
the Kahlert School of Computing.
Familiarity with computer hardware is a plus, but not a requirement. Willingness to learn new skills will be highly valued. Working hours are flexible and will can be adapted to fit class schedule.
Responsibilities
1. Receives, greets and directs visitors to appropriate person or office.
2. Answers telephones, providing assistance and directing customers to the correct person or office.
3. Schedules appointments and arranges for meetings.
4. Answers questions about the organization and associated activities.
5. Assist with preparing outdated equipment for removal by campus surplus, and work with the department inventory staff.
6. Assists other staff with various office tasks.
