Description
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones for dry utility projects.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure efficient execution.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Oversee quality control, permitting, and compliance with local regulations.
- Review and negotiate change orders, maintaining project documentation for tracking and audits.
- Allocate labor, materials, and equipment to meet project demands efficiently.
Profile
- Experience managing dry utility or underground utility installations.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented and solution-driven, with strong client-facing communication abilities.
