JOB DESCRIPTION

• Replenish raw materials, packaging supplies, and cores at production areas.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move raw/finished materials, load/unload trucks, and stage items.
• Manage inventory through QAD system using barcode scanning.
• Assist with machine changeovers and production line transitions.
• Restock packaging areas and alert supervisors when supplies are low.
• Weigh and dispose of scrap bins as needed.
• Move finished goods to shipping/warehouse for next steps.
• Participate in weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with receiving/shipping tasks including unloading trucks and crating finished goods.
• Follow all safety protocols and detect potential hazards.

• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficiency with forklifts, pallet jacks, and small hand tools.
• Ability to read work orders, follow SOPs, and use computer inventory systems.
• Knowledge of materials, products, and tooling to anticipate production needs.
• Strong focus on detail, accuracy, and workplace safety.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Training period: 3–6 months to achieve full proficiency.

• Works under general supervision, following oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Expected to handle materials and equipment carefully to prevent damage/injury.

• Frequently handle up to 50 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Regular standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and kneeling in tight spaces.
• May climb ladders and work at heights.
• Exposure to moving machinery, noise, heat, fumes, and dust.
• PPE required: gloves, safety shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses.
