W2 Contract: 12 Months

Location: Hybrid schedule in Philadelphia, PA 19103

  • 3 Days onsite - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
  • 2 Days remote

Overview

Our client is seeking Eight (8) Jr Business Analysts to join their team and assist in the daily analysis of customer accounts for dispute resolution. This role is a vital liaison between business needs and IT solutions, gathering and interpreting data to provide actionable insights. The Jr Business Analyst will work under the guidance of a senior analyst and will be involved in various project lifecycle activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including use cases, process flow diagrams, and user stories.
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that can drive business decisions.
• Assist in creating data models and defining data requirements for reporting.
• Evaluate existing business processes and propose solutions for improvement.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist project managers with creating project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Aid in the development of user documentation, training materials, and guides.
• Provide support to end users during and after implementation.

Required Skills & Experience
• High School Diploma
• 1-5 years of experience in a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Adaptability and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment
• Time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
