Service Desk/Help Desk - Public Trust -US Citizenship   (15 positions available) - Montgomery, Alabama 
The candidate will be required to provide superior customer service in a contact/call center/help desk environment. The candidate will be required to answer general and technical questions from end-users regarding the navigation of government websites in a leveraged environment supporting multiple accounts. 
 

Job Requirements

Qualifications: To adequately perform the duties of the job, individuals must possess a minimum of 6 month customer service experience. An extensive background check and credit check will be conducted on all applicants. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance and cannot be delinquent on any Federal Debt. The Federal Service Desk contact center hours are 7am -7pm CST Monday-Friday and all interested candidates have to be available to work
