Job Description

***Only qualified User Support Specialist candidates located in the Raleigh; NC area will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

Required Skills:

• Broad knowledge and skills from a range of technologies to address work assignments (3 Years)

• General knowledge of IT security principles (3 Years)

• General knowledge of Microsoft OS and general productivity tools; MS Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Power BI, and other general applications (3 Years)

• Skilled customer service professional (3 Years)

• Skilled IT consultant with ability to solve and/or prevent technical problems (3 Years)

• Ability to independently resolve routine and non-routine issues on software and/or hardware (3 Years)

• Ability to organize and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures (3 Years)

• Ability to solve unexpected problems associated with projects and daily work (3 Years)

This is advanced work in providing consultation, support and/or training for technology-based systems. Employees may provide support of hardware, applications, operating systems, and networking. This function requires an in-depth understanding of a wide variety of technologies to effectively support end-users and provide guidance to others
