Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Location: Raleigh, NC (5 Days Onsite)

Salary Range: $75-$80/hr. on W2

Duration: 6-12 Months (FTE after contract)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in the field (may include equivalent education)
• Experience leading projects from inception to delivery
• Excellent ability to communicate ideas and rationales to influence decision-making
• Strong understanding and application of industry and discipline standards
• Excellent time and issue management skills
• Extensive experience creating artifacts and executing ideas
• Ability to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedback
• Proficiency in applicable software applications (Figma) and native iOS and/or Android
• English language fluency
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant domain work experience
• Experience interacting with creative teams, business owners, and technical teams
• Working knowledge of engineering/development processes, particularly Agile
• High comfort level in working within a self-directed culture
• A strong passion for improving people's lives through design
