Our client, a leading organization in the energy and manufacturing sector, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Operations team supporting cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)
Pay Range: 31.25/hr. - 35/hr.
Shift: Day shift
What’s the Job?
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve operational processes
Map and document business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and standardization
Support digital transformation initiatives, including data structuring for future AI/ML projects
Identify and implement opportunities for automation and digital tools
Translate business needs into practical, scalable digital solutions
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Up to 2 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or operational excellence
Experience with process mapping and data analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Power BI, Alteryx)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
