Our client, a leading organization in the energy and manufacturing sector, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Operations team supporting cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)
Pay Range: 31.25/hr. - 35/hr. 
Shift: Day shift

What’s the Job?

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve operational processes

  • Map and document business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and standardization

  • Support digital transformation initiatives, including data structuring for future AI/ML projects

  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and digital tools

  • Translate business needs into practical, scalable digital solutions

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

  • Up to 2 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or operational excellence

  • Experience with process mapping and data analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Power BI, Alteryx)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
