Our client, a global leader in power management solutions, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join their team. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Marketing Operations Department supporting the Loyalty Programs Team. The ideal candidate will have strong organization, excellent communication, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist
Location: Moon Township, PA (On-site/Hybrid)
Pay Range: $34 – $36/hr
What’s the Job?
- Execute outreach activities to engage and grow loyalty program participation
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate documentation
- Process rebates in compliance with program guidelines
- Support program communications such as emails and informational materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with program audits and reporting
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in loyalty programs, account management, or program operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
