A Complex Project Manager or Customer & Experience Transformation is responsible for managing ***'s largest and most complex Interactive Experience (IX) client commitments, ensuring successful delivery of solutions for complex IT, business, and client requirements. They lead project teams in delivering projects using appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions, while managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. They are responsible for resource management, communication plans, and providing day-to-day direction and status updates to clients. The key skills required for this specialty include analyzing business and IT challenges, applying strategic innovative thinking, managing complex business outsourcing contracts, advising on large or complex engagements, applying deal-making techniques, leading development of large/complex deals/bids, and risk management. Engagements often involve complex combinations of technical, business, financial, and human resources issues, often on a global scale. This specialty requires an exceptional team leader with astute business acumen, executive presence, and outstanding judgment, capable of navigating high-level negotiations. The role requires expertise in using IPPF tool for costs and invoices as per contract delivery milestones
