Urologist Hospital-Employed Position Southern Oregon
An award-winning, hospital-employed health system is seeking three (3) additional Urologists to join an established and expanding urology practice in a desirable southern Oregon university community with a population of approximately 85,000.
You will join a collaborative team of five (5) Urologists and four (4) experienced Urology Physician Assistants in a traditional urology practice supported by advanced technology, including DaVinci Robotics.
Position Highlights
- Hospital-employed, traditional Urology practice
- Established and growing program adding 3 Urologists
- DaVinci robotic surgery available
- 1:6 call schedule with compensation
- Strong PA support
- J-1 and H-1B Visa Waiver sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits
- Negotiable base salary starting at $540,000
- $50,000 signing bonus
- Productivity bonus
- Quality bonus
- $1,350 per call rotation
