Position Overview:

Become an integral part of our healthcare team as a Urology Physician starting May 15, 2026. This contract position offers flexible call coverage support during select dates, focusing on trauma and general urology practices. You will manage a manageable patient caseload, performing essential procedures such as stent placements, stone evacuations, and clot evacuations, primarily for adult patients. Work in a well-equipped facility utilizing Cerner EMR, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality urological care in a fast-paced environment committed to excellence.

Required Skills:

  • Board Certification in Urology
  • Valid medical license in the relevant state (IMLC-qualified or WV temporary license acceptable)
  • DEA registration
  • Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience
  • Proficiency in all general urology procedures
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently during weekend coverage

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in trauma settings
  • Prior experience with Cerner EMR
  • Additional certifications in specialized urological procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in urology

Other Requirements:
  • Must hold or be eligible for in-state licensure and DEA registration
  • Willingness to work 24-hour shifts (Friday 7:00 am to Monday 7:00 am) for scheduled call coverage
  • Flexibility to support patient care needs during weekends and holidays when required
  • Commitment to maintaining professional standards and ongoing education

Hourly Pay Rate: $3,120.00
