Join Our Team as a Board-Certified Urologist – Make a Difference in Patient Care
Are you an experienced Urologist seeking a rewarding opportunity with a supportive team? We are looking for a dedicated Board-Certified Urologist to provide comprehensive urological care in a well-equipped facility. This long-term position offers a stable schedule, modern technology, and a community-focused environment where your expertise can truly impact lives.
What You’ll Need:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) with Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology (American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery - Urological Surgery)
- Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship in Urology or foreign training recognized equivalently
- Michigan Medical License, Michigan CDS, and Michigan DEA registration
- Minimum of 50 urological procedures completed in the past 12 months, or recent completion of accredited residency/fellowship within the last 12 months
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to quality patient care
Nice to Have:
- Experience with minimally invasive surgeries, including robotic procedures using Da Vinci Xi system
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Previous practice in outpatient and hospital settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- At least 1 year of post-residency clinical practice and procedural experience
Other Requirements:
- Availability for a 2-week on/2-week off rotation schedule
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- No call coverage required
- Willingness to travel for occasional conferences or supervisory duties
- Facility lodging options available with amenities
This position offers an Hourly Pay Rate of $1.00, along with competitive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
