Urologist, NW Ohio | $600K Base + $800K+ Potential | Robotics | Mayo Clinic Care Network

Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join our collaborative team in Findlay, NW Ohio part of the Mayo Clinic Care Network and nationally recognized for high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Flexible schedule: 3-5 days/week with option to specialize, choice of case mix
• Comprehensive support: 2 Physicians, 3 APPs, 24/7 hospitalists, care team model
• Dedicated OR block time: Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center, Bluffton Hospital (optional)
• Manageable call: light 1:3, not to exceed 10 days/month, primarily phone consults
• Specialty backup: GI, Oncology, OB/GYN, General Surgery
• Technology & support: da Vinci robotics + Aquablation program
• Independent non-profit: local decision-making, low-bureaucracy environment
• Physician-led culture: full autonomy with influence over practice and decisions

Compensation & Benefits

• $600K base salary (guaranteed beyond initial term)
• Total potential $600K-$800K+ (uncapped wRVU bonus)
• $60K sign-on bonus + $100K student loan support
• 5+ weeks PTO, $5K CME + $10K relocation assistance
• 403(b) with 4% match + full benefits
