Unit Supervisor - Awake Overnight

Learn to deliver treatment to youths in a collaborative, team-based environment and jumpstart a fulfilling career with plenty of opportunity for advancement.  This overnight supervisory role has the following schedule:

• Wednesday 9:30a-11a (staff meeting)
• Every other Wednesday 11p-9a
• Thursday 11p-11a
• Friday 11p-9a
• Saturday 9p-9a

DUTIES:

• Oversee the care and safety of residents and the awake night staff.
• Supervise awake night shifts, staff assignments, and documentation.
• Coordinate school transportation of residents.
• Oversee safety protocols and medication administration.
• Oversee facility concerns and oversee housekeeping needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education Requirements: High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirements: 1. Two (2) years previous residential treatment experience in a field of behavioral health or education required. 2. All applicants must maintain a current driver's license and a clean driving record as outlined in Spurwink's Driving policy.
