Title:   Underground Foreman

Immediate Supervisor: Project Manager, Operations Manager, Owner

Position:  Exempt        Non-Exempt

General Job Summary:

The Underground Foreman oversees completion of daily jobs as assigned from warehouse equipment to work performed.  

Principal duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee safety on job sites making sure all protocol for safety is followed. 
• Ensure timely completion of jobs assigned with focus on quality of work.  
• Maintain organization of yard/warehouse
• Handle all customer complaints with satisfactory results. 
• Assist in training new laborers. 
• Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Combination of technical training and/or experience
• 1+ year of relevant experience
