What You'll Do

• Accurately enter and manage 40-50+ mammography orders weekly
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations for imaging services
• Schedule and coordinate ultrasounds and mammograms, including add-on appointments
• Prepare patients for ultrasound-guided procedures, including vitals, intake, and documentation
• Assist providers during in-office procedures to ensure patient safety and efficiency
• Operate and monitor the Pro-Nox (nitrous oxide) system in accordance with safety protocols
• Support clinical workflow to ensure efficient patient throughput and excellent patient experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with coordination between providers and imaging services

Required Qualifications

• Current State of Nebraska Medication Aide (Med Aide) license required
• Medical Assistant experience preferred; pre-health or women's health background highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume order entry with accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and critical thinking skills
• Professional, compassionate communication with patients and team members
• Strong computer skills and ability to work within electronic medical record systems
• Reliable, proactive, and adaptable team-oriented mindset
