Practice Details
- Clinic EMR:Athena; 3 exam rooms, shared provider office, ultrasound equipment
- Hospital EMR:Cerner
- Surgical Resources:4 Xi and 1 DV5 Da Vinci robots, 16-bed OR at main campus, 5-bed OR at NW Surgery Center
- Womens Center:Freestanding, dedicated center with 15-bed Level IIIA NICU (28+ weeks), 14-bed L&D, and 24/7 in-house anesthesia and neonatology
- Clinic Schedule:15/30 model (15-min follow-ups, 30-min procedures)
- Patient Volume:22-26 patients per day
- Workweek:36 clinical hours + 4 admin hours (full-time)
- 2024 Volumes:
- GYN Surgery: 775+ cases (not including GYN ONC)
- Deliveries: 1,727
- Expected Mix:Balanced OB and surgical volume
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary (guaranteed up to 18 months):
- Up to $385,000 for new grads
- Up to $425,000 for experienced OBs
- $50 per wRVU productivity model
- $500K Earning Potential
Incentives:
- $50,000 signing bonus (paid within 30 days of start; partial advance via residency stipend available)
- Up to $75,000 student loan repayment (paid monthly over 36 months)
- Relocation reimbursement up to $15,000
- Annual CME allowance of $4,000
Call Pay:
- First 5 days/month: Uncompensated
- Additional days: $500/day
- OB Nocturnist coverage available: $1,325 per 12-hour shift
