Job Duties include:
Provide administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys across various practice areas
Organize, manage, and maintain correspondence, legal documents, and electronic filing systems
Coordinate calendars, including scheduling deadlines, appointments, meetings, hearings, and conferences
Facilitate communication by managing messages and coordinating teleconferences and client consultations
Arrange business travel, including flights and accommodations, and process expense reimbursements
Draft and prepare legal documents such as correspondence, pleadings, discovery materials, entity formations, and deeds
Handle document production tasks, including Bates labeling and redaction
Coordinate support services, including courier deliveries, document processing, and conference room reservations
Create and maintain complex organizational charts
File documents with the Secretary of State, including name availability searches
Perform electronic filings through court systems (eFile Texas) and real property records (ePrepare)
Manage estate account transactions, including check preparation and deposits
Compile and organize electronic closing binders
Assist attorneys with trial and deposition preparation, as well as private offering documentation
Coordinate continuing legal education (CLE) registrations and track attorney compliance hours
Review, edit, and distribute pre-bills and invoices for accuracy and timely processing
