What You’ll Do
As part of our production team, you will: + Assemble and outfit truck chassis and inspection vehicles per detailed instructions + Install components, cabinets, accessories, and specialized equipment + Read and interpret basic drawings, dimensions, and assembly layouts + Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively + Follow the daily production schedule and complete assigned tasks on time + Maintain accurate inventory counts and tool accountability + Perform quality checks throughout the build process + Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For
We’re focused on attitude and aptitude — not just experience: ✔ Comfortable using hand tools and power tools ✔ Strong interest in mechanical assembly and learning how things fit together ✔ Physically able to lift over 15 pounds and perform tasks throughout an 8-hour shift ✔ Ability to read basic measurements and follow written instructions ✔ Team player with a dependable work ethic and positive attitude ✔ Candidates with construction, framing, maintenance, fabrication, or mechanical backgrounds are a great fit ? No prior manufacturing experience required — we train motivated people!
