Job Title: Trintech Frontier Application Specialist / Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary Range: Competitive

Introduction

We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience working with the Frontier application from Trintech, Inc. The ideal candidate should have functional and/or technical knowledge of the platform and experience supporting finance or reconciliation-related processes within the tool.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Trintech Frontier application (must-have).
  • Experience in implementation, configuration, support, or administration of Frontier.
  • Understanding of financial reconciliation, close management, or accounting workflows supported by the platform.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, support users, and manage system configurations.
  • Experience working with Finance/Accounting teams or within financial systems environments.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Trintech ecosystem tools (Cadency, ReconNET, etc.).
  • Background in Finance, Accounting systems, or Financial Technology (FinTech).
  • Experience with system integrations, reporting, or data reconciliation processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to gather business requirements.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Work with the Trintech Frontier application to support financial processes.
  • Implement, configure, and administer the Frontier application.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, and provide user support.
