Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

️ Key Responsibilities

• Bucking: Carefully remove dried cannabis flowers from stalks in dry rooms
• Trimming: Refine machine-trimmed product to meet quality standards for sale
• Productivity: Maintain a minimum trimming rate of 7 pounds per 8-hour shift
• Quality Control: Ensure trimmed product meets visual and structural standards
• Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the day
• Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow trimmers and supervisors to meet daily goals

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check in accordance with Michigan cannabis regulations
• Able to work in cold, hot, and humid environments for extended periods
• Must bring and store non-slip work shoes on-site
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Positive attitude and reliability are a must
