Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of litigation from initiation to resolution, including discovery, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals.
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct thorough and timely case analysis, strategy development, and case management.
  • Engage in effective client counseling to provide legal advice and guidance.
  • Present oral arguments in court and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda on various legal issues.
  • Collaborate with legal staff and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective handling of cases.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Must have a current license to practice law and be in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a trial attorney.
  • Proven experience handling a diverse caseload and managing all phases of the litigation process.
  • Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to effectively present oral arguments in court.
  • Strong case management skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.
  • Exceptional client counseling skills with the ability to provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice.
  • Superior legal writing skills with the ability to draft, review, and revise various legal documents.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to thoroughly review and analyze legal documents and case materials.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in legal document preparation, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
