Compensation:
$26 - $32 hourly
Responsibilities:- Communicate clearly with crew members, leaders, and clients on job progress
- Execute advanced tree climbing and pruning techniques with a strong focus on safety and quality
- Uphold company safety policies and arboricultural standards
- Complete required paperwork and digital job records accurately
- Inspect, maintain, and properly use climbing gear, tools, and equipment
- ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support available
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in modern climbing systems and pruning techniques
- 18+ months of professional arboriculture experience with climbing responsibilities
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused work ethic
