Treatment Coordinator

Castle Dental is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Treatment Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is key in helping patients understand their treatment plans, navigate financial options, and move forward confidently with their dental care. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of dental experience and is bilingual, with a strong ability to connect with a diverse patient population.
Schedule (days/hours): MON-FRI 8-5PM Responsibilities:- Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome
- Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism
- Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism
- At least two years experience
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Bilingual
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
