Treasury Specialist (Remote)

The Treasury Specialist (Remote) is responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Manage daily cash activity, including monitoring balances, transfers, and disbursements across multiple bank accounts.
- Process and verify ACH and wire transactions in accordance with company policies and banking procedures.
- Reconcile bank accounts, escrow accounts, and internal ledgers on a daily and monthly basis.
- Assist with funding requests, ensuring proper documentation and required approvals are obtained.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, returned items, and banking exceptions.
- Prepare cash forecasts and liquidity reports to support operational needs.
- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and treasury-related reporting.
- Maintain strong working relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholder
Required qualifications for the position include:
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury operations, banking, accounting, or finance.
- Experience in the mortgage, title, escrow, or real estate industry strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and reconciliations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with escrow funding, settlement transactions, or title company accounting.
- Prior experience with ERP or accounting systems such as SoftPro, ResWare, or similar platforms.
