UNITY has partnered with a well-established, privately held energy company to identify a Treasury Manager or high-performing Senior Treasury Analyst ready to step into a broader leadership role. This position reports directly to the VP of Finance & Strategic Planning and offers strong visibility with executive leadership.

This role provides meaningful ownership across treasury, liquidity management, hedging oversight, and enterprise risk management, making it an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional seeking expanded scope and long-term leadership growth.

Attributes:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • 8+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Experience with cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and credit facility administration.
  • Exposure to banking relationships, lender communications, and financial risk management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interface with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to manage complex responsibilities independently.
This is a 100% onsite in NW Houston.  This role offers a high-visibility opportunity to partner directly with finance leadership while taking ownership of key treasury and liquidity functions that influence strategic financial decisions.
