Compensation: $85,000 – $120,000 base

Key Responsibilities of the Treasury & Cash Manager:
- Monitor daily cash positions and prepare cash reporting across multiple entities.
- Execute bank transactions including wires, transfers, and intercompany funding.
- Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Track loans, intercompany balances, and interest activity.
- Manage banking relationships and treasury documentation.
- Oversee working capital KPIs and provide guidance on collections.
- Oversee AR processes including cash applications, aging reports, and collections follow-up.
- Manage AP operations including payment runs, vendor maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Support month-end close activities including accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Qualifications of the Treasury & Cash Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, AR/AP, or accounting with progressive responsibility.
- Strong understanding of cash management, working capital, and financial controls.
