Treasury Analyst

- Support daily cash positioning, bank activity monitoring, and routine treasury reporting
- Assist with cash reconciliations and help ensure adherence to internal controls
- Contribute to the rolling 13 week cash flow forecast by gathering inputs, updating schedules, and preparing variance analyses
- Work with cross functional partners to validate assumptions and enhance forecast accuracy
- Maintain and update internal debt schedules, including interest, maturities, and covenant metrics
- Assist with lender reporting, audit support, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable on payment activity and support internal fund transfers
- Help ensure all disbursements follow approved workflows and financial controls
- Provide administration support for employee credit card and merchant card programs
- Respond to user inquiries and help ensure compliance with company expense policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, accounting, or similar finance roles
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, schedules, basic modeling)
- Understanding of basic cash flow concepts and balance sheet relationships
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross functionally
- Experience with cash forecasting, debt schedules, or intercompany accounting
- Exposure to multi entity or shared services environments
- Familiarity with ERP systems and online banking platforms
- Analytical thinking and structured problem solving
- Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment with sensitive financial data
- Continuous improvement mindset
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
