Traveling Tower Climber / Tower Stacking - Telecom Construction 

Location: Huntingdon Valley, PA 

Travel: Multi-state project sites (travel required) 

Invertice is a telecommunications construction contractor specializing in tower construction, structuralmodifications, and civil infrastructure for wireless carriers. We perform raw land site builds, towermodifications, antenna and line installation, equipment installations, and supporting civil work across theNortheast, South, and Midwest under direct MSAs with Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major carriers. 

Safety and disciplined execution are central to our field operations. 

Invertice is hiring tower climbers at all experience levels for tower stacking operations. Primary workinvolves self-supporting, guyed, and monopole tower assembly. Lines & Antennas experience is a plus.We welcome full crews, foreman-led teams, and individual climbers looking for consistent project-basedwork. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform tower stacking and structural assembly operations 
• Install and connect antenna systems, transmission lines, and associated hardware
• Execute rigging, crane-assist lifts, and material handling at height 
• Follow site-specific safety plans, JHAs, and fall protection requirements 
• Maintain tools and equipment and report deficiencies promptly 
• Work within crew structure under Foreman direction to meet project schedules

Qualifications 

• Active tower climbing certification (Comtrain or equivalent required) 
• Demonstrated experience in tower stacking -- self-supporting, guyed, or monopole
• Lines & Antennas (L&A) experience preferred 
• Competency with rigging and crane-assisted lifts 
• OSHA 10 minimum; OSHA 30 preferred 
• RF Safety Awareness training preferred 
• Valid driver's license; reliable transportation 
• Ability to travel and work on project sites for extended durations
