Job Details

Position Overview:
The Traveling Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all field operations across assigned projects within North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. This role requires regional travel and the ability to manage multiple jobsite teams while upholding safety, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily field operations and subcontractor coordination on active jobsites.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all project specifications and regulations.
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or challenges.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and trade partners.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and logistics across regional projects.
  • Travel consistently throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota as project needs require.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and scheduling.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or work in a traveling role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
