Job Details
Core Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction or similar field.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
Ability to travel regularly to job sites across different regions.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage field crews and subcontractors.
Solid understanding of safety standards and commitment to enforcing safety protocols.
Proficient in construction documentation, reporting, and communication with project teams and clients.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
Preferred Skills:
OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
Experience with construction management tools and software.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between project locations.
