About the Job
A leading commercial general contractor is seeking a Construction Superintendent for ground-up and tenant improvement commercial construction projects throughout the Denver metro. Projects include retail, medical, and broad commercial. The ideal candidate has experience on projects from $2M - $10M+
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel
- Ensure quality control and site safety
- Monitor project costs and schedules in conjunction with PM
- Resolve on-site issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience
- Medical and retail project experience preferred
- Denver Supervisor Certificate required
