Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Travel Electrophysiology Lab Technician for a 13-week day shift assignment in Peoria, Illinois offering a weekly total of $3,700. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading cardiac care team and play a vital role in the diagnosis and treatment of complex heart rhythm disorders.

Key Responsibilities of a Travel Electrophysiology Lab Technician:
  • Assist physicians during EP studies, ablations, pacemaker/ICD insertions, and other electrophysiology procedures
  • Operate EP lab equipment and ensure proper calibration and functionality
  • Monitor patient vitals and provide hemodynamic support during procedures
  • Maintain sterile technique and ensure all equipment is properly set up and maintained
  • Accurately document case details and ensure compliance with facility protocols
  • Provide post-procedure care and support for patient recovery
Requirements of a Travel Electrophysiology Lab Technician:
  • RCES or IBHRE certification preferred (or equivalent EP experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an Electrophysiology Lab
  • Active state licensure (if required by WI)
  • Proficiency in EP mapping systems (e.g., CARTO, EnSite)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
