A state-of-the-art, multispecialty ambulatory surgery center in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Surgery Center Administrator (RN preferred). The facility performs procedures in orthopedics, neurosurgery, and pain management across 2 operating rooms. The Administrator will lead day-to-day operations, financial performance, quality initiatives, and physician relationships while ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance.

• Lead daily facility operations across administrative, clinical support, and business functions.

• Serve as liaison between the governing board, medical staff, facility leadership, and corporate office.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.

• Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets; monitor financial performance and address operational risks.

• Oversee staffing, performance management, and workforce planning for clinical and non-clinical teams.

• Support physician relationships, credentialing processes, and medical staff coordination.

• Manage vendor, service, and physician contracts.

• Lead quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives.

• Participate in operational reviews, performance reporting, and identify opportunities for service line development and process improvement.

• Registered Nurse (RN) strongly preferred.

• Bachelor s degree required; Master s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years senior administrative or healthcare management experience, ideally in an ASC operations leadership or director-level outpatient surgical setting.

• Experience working closely with physicians and clinical leadership.

• Proven experience fully managing a budget and meeting/exceeding financial goals in a healthcare leadership role.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple operational priorities.

• Comfortable working in both office and clinical environments with mobility to move throughout the facility.

• 2+ to 5 years experience.

• Seniority Level: Director.
