Analytical skills to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Description: Seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and other business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules. Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions. Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements or improvements. Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using Oracle HCM data. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution. Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any Oracle HCM-related issues.
