Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week (7.5-hour shifts + 30-min unpaid break)
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic rehab team in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role focuses on evaluating and treating pediatric patients (ages 0–18) with a variety of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric patients
- Manage a caseload of 8–12 patients per day
- Provide therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient care using Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate families and caregivers on therapy strategies and progress
