- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm with occasional weekends
- Guaranteed 35 hours per week
- Caseload of skilled nursing adults and geriatrics
- Skilled nursing facility setting
- Minimum 1 year SNF experience preferred
- BLS certification required
