Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher (SPED) that is certified in the state of practice to work in a school setting. This is a contract, full time position. Requirements include: Minimum B. A. in Special Education (Masters preferred; license in SPED Generalist license) - will consider candidates with B.A. in Special Education Experience as a middle-level Special Education Teacher (Moderate Needs, Severe Needs or SPED Generalist) preferred. Certification training in working with ASD students desired. Hold or be able to obtain a Colorado Teachers License from Colorado Department of Education. Computer and Technology skills preferred. Experience working with diverse populations. Bilingual/Biliterate (Spanish/English) preferred but not required. Required biennial CPI training, provided by the district.
