Performs basic and critical respiratory care services. Has the ability to work well without supervision as well as maintain supervision over others, as delegated. Provides respiratory care services for the adult and geriatric patient. Provides respiratory care for patients with respiratory disease, as ordered by the physician and in accordance with current department policies concerning all phases of respiratory therapy. Completes paperwork, electronic medical records, flow sheets, and charges for each patient.This department performs activities to test the action of the heart using ultrasound waves to produce a visual display, used for the diagnosis or monitoring of heart disease, performs cardiac nuclear imaging studies and vascular studies. Only use this department if you have a separate and distinct cost center and are not using department 759002. Otherwise, just use department 759002.
requirement:
Mostly Night Shift 1700-0530 but possibly need to cover days or mid shift based on staffing needs - 36 or 48 hours, either will be accepted. Rotating weekends and holidays as needed. Must have RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP required. Need 2 recent years of experience in NICU/OB and 2 years of recent experience in Critical Care.
