Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) travel assignment in Pocatello, Idaho, United States. Start date: 04/20/2026. Shift: 3x12 Nights. Weekly pay: $1,666–$1,747 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0 (not guaranteed). Setting: hospital-based 24-bed PCU/Stepdown/Telemetry unit with a Comprehensive Stroke Center; Level II Trauma; Chest Pain Accredited. This is a travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct RN care to adult and geriatric patients within the PCU/Stepdown/Telemetry population
- Monitor telemetry, interpret dysrhythmias, and respond to rhythm changes promptly
- Administer medications and blood products as ordered; manage central and peripheral lines
- Support non-invasive ventilation (BIPAP/CPAP, IPPB) and assist with emergent cardioversion as needed
- Participate in Rapid Response/Code teams and coordinate with interdisciplinary colleagues (IV team, Respiratory, PT, Social Work, Pharmacy, Radiology)
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic medical record (Epic); ensure isolation precautions and PPE use
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year RN experience
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Unit experience includes PCU/Stepdown/Telemetry care; patient population includes Adults and Geriatrics
- Ability to work in a 24-bed PCU/Stepdown/Telemetry setting with potential floating
- 100-mile radius rule: Traveler must live at least 100 miles from the facility to qualify
