Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Retirement Community

Overview:

Pay Package: $40 per hour

Required Skills:

• Proven experience assisting with therapeutic exercises and treatments under supervision
• Ability to evaluate and document patient progress accurately
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and residents
• Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control standards
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills related to patient care
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Previous experience working in a senior or retirement community setting
• Familiarity with rehabilitation techniques specific to aging populations

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, possibly including weekends or holidays
