Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Washington PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing therapy in home health settings preferred.
- Client requires experience with home health documentation systems and electronic medical records. This is a client-specific requirement.
- Ability to perform skilled PTA duties under direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, including therapeutic exercise, gait training, transfers, and patient education.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned geographic area for home visits.
