Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply and a recruiter will follow up with details.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Wisconsin Physical Therapy Assistant license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Experience with geriatric patient populations, transfers, gait training, and ADL retraining preferred.
- Ability to follow plan of care established by a licensed Physical Therapist and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
