- Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts
- 30 units expected weekly productivity
- Home Health/Adult Care
- 2 years experience as Physical Therapy Assistant required
- 1 year experience with Homecare Homebase
- 1 year experience in Home Health Care required
- 1 year experience with OASIS required
- Current CPR certification required
