Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Must have one (1) year of experience as a licensed PTA for LA and TX.
• Must have 2,000 hours of experience providing patient-related services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist for PA.
• 2 years direct clinical experience for NY.

• Schedule flexibility is needed to provide care to patients as required.
